Walk any factory floor that has been casting and machining brake rotors for as long as we have, and you learn one thing fast: there is no shortcut to a rotor that survives repeated hard stops on a German autobahn, a Shanghai morning commute, or a flying lap at Yas Marina. Our people have more than decades of combined time in this exact trade — both on the machine side and on the export desk. The factory you are dealing with today, Qingdao WishBrake, was set up in 2001 on that accumulated know-how.
We run a 20,000 m² source plant out of Qingdao, China, with just over 200 staff. Roughly 45% are senior engineers and technicians, and 40% hold bachelor's, master's or doctoral degrees. We have filed more than ten patents and carry National High-Tech Enterprise, Innovation Enterprise, and SRDI (Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative) Enterprise status.
