Automotive Brake Disc Manufacturer for Global Markets
Walk any factory floor that has been casting and machining brake rotors for as long as we have, and you learn one thing fast: there is no shortcut to a rotor that survives repeated hard stops on a German autobahn, a Shanghai morning commute, or a flying lap at Yas Marina. Our people have more than decades of combined time in this exact trade - both on the machine side and on the export desk. The factory you are dealing with today, Qingdao WishBrake, was set up in 2001 on that accumulated know-how.
We run a 20,000 m² source plant out of Qingdao, China, with just over 200 staff. Roughly 45% are senior engineers and technicians, and 40% hold bachelor's, master's or doctoral degrees. We have filed more than ten patents and carry National High-Tech Enterprise, Innovation Enterprise, and SRDI (Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative) Enterprise status. None of that matters much to you if the box does not land on your dock with the right rotor inside, so let's talk about what we actually build.

What we make
The line covers the full high-performance rotor playbook: bimetal discs, fully floating two-piece rotors, co-cast units, dual-cast, metal-matrix composite, and carbon-ceramic. If a nameplate sits in the upper tier - BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Maserati, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, McLaren, Bugatti, Jaguar Land Rover, Tesla, Volvo, Alfa Romeo - we almost certainly cover it, across the model years, chassis codes and trim levels your parts catalogues already list. We build to three specs: OE replacement, performance upgrade, and motorsport. Same plant, same QA, same documentation - just a different drawing.
Engineering and custom work
We keep our own lab, test cell and sample shop on site. Material chemistry, process development, dyno runs and thermal cycling - we control that in-house rather than farming it out. Send us an OE number, a vehicle parameter sheet, a drawing, or just a line like "this rotor judders at the track and we need it fixed," and we will scope the tooling, cut the first sample, and take it to first-article approval. Low-volume hypercar fitments and limited-edition specials are not a headache for us; they are roughly where we started.

Certifications and what that means on the road
IATF 16949 runs across the whole shop. Every high-performance rotor in the line carries ECE R90 E-mark approval under E1, and the programme is also referenced against DOT and AMECA expectations for the North American market - so there is no administrative wall between our loading bay and a customer in Europe, the Middle East or Southeast Asia. In real terms, that shows up as fade resistance, crack resistance, judder control and wear life: the problems your customers actually call you about.
The factory floor
CNC machining centres and high-precision lathes, dynamic balancing stations, a continuous heat-treatment line, crack-detection NDT, salt-spray chambers, thermal-fatigue rigs, and an automated sand-and-coating line. Bimetal and co-cast work gets its own dedicated casting and layering cells. From raw forging through turning, casting, heat treat, balancing, NDT and corrosion protection, the line runs automated. Not because it looks good - because manual variation is the single biggest reason a 1,000-piece order comes back with a 3% reject rate. That does not happen here.

Where we ship, and how we work with you
We export to more than a hundred countries across Europe, North America, Australasia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America and Africa. Our customers are distributors, performance brands, repair chains and OE-adjacent assemblers, and the working model is deliberately simple. Before the order, we cross-reference OE numbers, model years and applications, recommend the right process for your market, and send samples. During the build, we share progress, consolidate mixed containers, and hand over the full export document set - customs paperwork, certificates, test reports. After delivery we stay reachable for technical questions, installation support, traceability and warranty.
We are not the cheapest rotor on the container ship, and we are not trying to be. What you get is a factory that has been machining and exporting brake discs for long enough to know which problems are real and which are sales noise - and a team that answers your message the same day.
