WishBrake composite brake discs rotors follow an automotive grade development workflow. For every composite SKU we target specific performance models of Compatible vehicles.

WishBrake optimises an interlocking structure matches tolerances in assembly and uses an anti loosening locking design. This reduces the risk of expansion mismatch between different composite materials and improves long term reliability of composite discs when they work in cold and hot conditions.

MMC rotors from WishBrake are a part of the composite technology product matrix. Metal matrix composite material holds reinforcing particles inside a metal substrate, which greatly improves thermal conductivity and resistance to wear at high temperatures.

Composite raw material Blank quality screening: For MMC rotors, raw material consists of a metal matrix base and ceramic reinforcing particles. Engineers check particle size, dispersion and impurities in the material. Composite blanks undergo sampling to detect internal segregation and tiny defects. Any unqualified blanks are removed before machining.

The WishBrake composite component workshop follows IATF 16949 and ISO9001 quality management systems. Product development, raw material control, assembly and finished goods testing follow a documented workflow. A third party testing lab can issue bench performance reports for the rotors when partners request them.
Customs clearance documents: We provide invoices, packing lists and bills of lading. We adjust the document format to meet each country's import declaration rules helping clients clear customs smoothly.
