Venting and additional surface area enables better heat dissipation, estimated at 20-25% reduction in operating temperature during aggressive braking cycles, avoiding heat buildup and maintaining consistent running performance.

Designed in an innovative, advanced type of chamfer equivalent to the world's most advanced sinusoidal curve type of chamfer technology, WishBrake is able to eliminate the sharp and dangerous edges around each drilled holes.
It will significantly lower the chance of stress cracking and heat checking occurrence and prolong the life of both rotors and pads. The superior smooth chamfer will help cooling.
Precision Drilling
During the advanced machining & drilling process we use our special machined chamfering. Our special chamfering process has even removed sharp edges reducing the risk of stress cracking and heat checking. Every hole is carefully placed for maximum cooling.
Surface Finishing
All rotors are given a non-directional finish to facilitate quick pad bed-in and stable friction performance. The grinding process guarantees surface flatness and parallelism.

A: WishBrake drill brake rotors are made of high quality G3000 grade cast iron as well as high-carbon cast iron( carbon content ≥ 0.8%). This high-carbon formula helps to improve our rotors wear resistance and lift their warping temperature far up to 800 degree C. All of the WishBrake rotors still keep a 210 Brinell hardness and 250 mpa tensile strength.
