We offer both Racing front discs and internally High Speed front discs. We do the service for broad mainstream passenger vehicle lines, alongside premium European passenger cars. This is not a dedicated race rotor programme.

Numerous non certified aftermarket brake disc factories only carry out finished product inspection, ignoring systematic control over upstream links including raw material smelting, casting stress relief, tooling wear monitoring.

Every batch of IATF compliant disc brakes retains complete production records, test logs and traceable batch coding, helping business partners reduce commercial risks caused by inconsistent batch to batch product performance.

It is critical to clarify one market wide misunderstanding: IATF 16949 is a factory level quality system certification, not single product certification.

All IATF 16949 brake rotors from WishBrake are produced inside this certified production system, rather than merely pasting certification logos on ordinary aftermarket rotors.

CNC precision machining with process change management

Multi axis CNC equipment processes friction ring, hub hat mating face, centre bore and bolt hole positions. If tooling, fixture or machining parameters need adjustment, technical department completes validation test and document update before formal mass production, avoiding informal parameter modification.

Multi dimensional inspection & instrument calibration management

Finished semi products go through run out measurement, DTV detection and dynamic balance inspection. Hardness and metallurgical microstructure sampling are performed per batch. All measuring instruments maintain regular calibration records as required by IATF 16949 clauses. Non conforming work pieces trigger formal non conformity handling workflow including root cause analysis and corrective action verification.

WishBrake internal technical group includes casting process engineers, brake component R&D engineers, quality system specialists and testing technicians. Team members accumulate rich experience in aftermarket brake rotor reverse engineering, FMEA risk assessment and process validation work, supporting clients to finish custom development project under automotive quality management framework.
