Motorbike heat also causes brake fade, a high temperature brake performance degradation and reduced system capacity where brake components run well above their designed temperature envelope. WishBrake Performance Brake Discs combat this with superior thermal management. Our high-carbon cast iron composition runs to over 800C without degradation. Our directional curved vane design (a similar approach used by the performance branded OE's) produces a centrifugal pumping effect pulling cool air through the center of the disc and exhausting hot air at the circumference.

All WishBrake performance rotors utilize a non-directional ground finish to facilitate rapid, consistent bed-in. Preparation of the surface for initial pad bedding ensures a consistent coefficient of friction from initial use, providing smooth predictable stopping power. With a two-piece ground finish run-out and thickness variation problems are not encountered.
